Pooja More has been teaching IB Business Management for over nine years, guiding students to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Over the course of her career, she has mentored and supervised 70+ Extended Essays, supporting students in producing rigorous and original research. She is an IB Business Management examiner and checked Papers 1, 2 and Internal Assessments in this journey. In addition to classroom teaching, she is the Team Leader for Business Management, Global Politics, and the Extended Essay. She has also taught IGCSE- Enterprise subject. She enjoys being a part of the IB community and has attended SAIBSA, Category 2 and 3 workshops. 

Dr. Roochi Gupta is the IBDP Economics & Extended Essay Team Leader and Mentor of Mentors at Fountainhead School, Surat. With over 13 years of global teaching and academic leadership, including five years in Singapore, she brings rich experience across IB, IGCSE, A-Level, and CBSE curricula. An MBA Gold Medalist, UGC-NET/JRF qualified, and PhD scholar in Management, she specialises in inquiry-driven teaching, IA moderation, and interdisciplinary TOK integration. She has also attended the IC3 Movement, SAIBSA, and Category 3 IB workshops, further enriching her expertise in international education. Through her leadership, she mentors students and fosters future-ready, analytical learners with a strong global perspective. 

Abheek Chakraborty is the team leader for TOK and group 4 subjects (ESS, Chemistry, Biology and Physics) at Fountainhead School, Surat. He has a vast experience in teaching Chemistry for IBDP and Cambridge AS/A level and is an IBDP TOK examiner. He has attended a number of workshops organized by IB on Critical Thinking In Classroom Teaching, has attended the Cat 2 and 3 workshops on Chemistry and TOK by IB, has been part of additional online workshops on TOK as a participant and a speaker and is thrilled to conduct the Colloquium on TOK again.
