Chaahat Dhall is an MYP Integrated Humanities Educator and Leader, ATL Specialist, and the Assistant MYP Coordinator at Fountainhead School, Surat. She is passionate about designing learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and rooted in real-world connections. With a strong belief in the power of gamification, experiential methods, and student agency, Chaahat transforms classrooms into dynamic spaces of curiosity, reflection, and joy. Beyond her classroom role, she is also a TEDx curator, workshop facilitator, and curriculum innovator, bringing creativity and purpose into every initiative she leads. Her work consistently advocates for learning that is playful, reflective, and deeply relevant to the world students live in today.
Tulsa Mandaviya is an MYP Design Educator, Personal Project Coordinator, ATL in charge of Design, and Discipline Coordinator at Fountainhead School, Surat. Through her roles, she supports students in multiple dimensions of their learning journey. With a student-centric approach, she empowers learners with voice, choice, and ownership, while gently guiding them with empathy and accountability so that discipline becomes a path to nurturing responsibility, respect, and integrity rather than a measure of control. At the heart of her practice lies empathy, which enables her to understand each learner’s unique journey, support their challenges, and celebrate their growth, thereby creating a safe and inspiring environment where students feel valued and empowered.
Mayuri Chitlangiya is the Team Leader of the Maverick Learning Centre at Fountainhead School, where she specialises in entrepreneurship, finance, and business strategy-based projects. Her project-based learning initiatives have led to impactful outcomes, including students starting real businesses and applying financial concepts in real life. She has also guided students in creating the book titled ‘Made in Surat’, which was published on prominent online platforms. In addition, she serves as an IB MYP Personal Project Supervisor and teaches MYP Mathematics. With her expertise in experiential and applied learning, Mayuri empowers students to think critically, innovate, and connect education with the real world, ensuring projects integrate concepts that prepare them for lifelong success.
Arshi Gupta is the Team Leader of the Maverick Learning Centre at Fountainhead School, where she specialises in design, mentoring, and project-based learning. She is the creator of the innovative 4H Approach to Project-Based Learning, a framework that nurtures the head, heart, hands, and homes of learners, making education more holistic and impactful. With over five years of experience in the PYP & two years in MLC, Arshi has led teams, contributed to professional networks such as SAIBSA and GujNet, and actively guided students in building their creativity and critical thinking skills. She has also co-authored and published a book in collaboration with one of her students, reflecting her belief in the power of mentorship and co-creation. Arshi’s true passion lies in creativity and design. She continues to empower young learners to innovate, design, and express themselves confidently, while also inspiring educators through her leadership and expertise.
