Malvika Gandhi has been associated with Fountainhead School for over five years as a dedicated member of the teaching faculty. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and has previously gained valuable professional experience in the administrative departments of Flipkart, L&T, and G.D.Goenka School. Currently, she leads the Grade 4 team with enthusiasm and commitment, continually refining her teaching practice through professional learning opportunities. She has attended workshops such as AEE APAC, ISW, SAIBSA, TLIM, and the Fountas & Pinnell program, among others. In 2023, she proudly represented Fountainhead School at the GUJNET conference. Malvika is also a Google Certified Educator (Level 1) and is preparing for her Level 2 certification to further enhance technology integration in classrooms, with the aim of nurturing future-ready learners. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys exploring nature and watching documentaries.
Sufyan joined Fountainhead School in 2019 as a PYP (Primary Years Programme) teacher. He holds a postgraduate degree in commerce and has taught Grade 5 and Grade 6 students over the years. Currently, he leads the Grade 6 team of passionate educators with vision and dedication, fostering collaboration and inspiring them to strive for excellence. To enhance his teaching skills, he has attended multiple workshops, including those conducted by Toddle, CENTA, and others. He also represented Fountainhead School at the GUJNET conference, 2020. Sufyan has completed several certified courses to up-skill himself, including AI for All, Blocksi, Magic School, etc. He has attended IB in-school workshops (ISWs) on the transdisciplinary approach and dimensions of assessment. He has a genuine passion for being around young learners and finds joy in learning new things alongside them. Because of his dedication, he was selected as one of the 50 most remarkable educators across India and three other countries to attend the Kids Education Revolution (KER) Revolutionary Retreat 2024–25. He also serves as a Global School Advocate, representing a network of over 100 countries and 1,500 schools around the world. In his free time, Sufyan enjoys listening to various genres of music, which helps him relax and unwind. Additionally, he loves travelling and exploring, finding excitement in discovering new cultures and experiences.
Rucha Kinariwala is the PYP Arts Team Leader at Fountainhead School, where she has been working as an Art Teacher (PYP) since 2011. She holds a B.Ed. and an M.A. in English and is a Upanatya Visharad in Bharatanatyam. She has also completed diplomas in Fine Applied Arts and Theatre from IGNOU. Rucha has been associated with the educational field since 2010. With a diverse array of talents and a deep passion for theatre and creative expression, Rucha brings enthusiasm and dedication to both her professional and personal pursuits. She has attended IB workshops. She has attended SAIBSA and facilitated job-alike sessions in different schools. Beyond her career, she finds joy in the artistry of cooking, the harmonies of music, and the intricate world of drawing and painting—activities that not only showcase her creativity but also serve as a refreshing escape from daily demands.
Ravindra Agrawal is the PYP Music Teacher at Fountainhead School, where he has been nurturing young learners through music since 2011. He holds a B.P.A. (Bachelor of Performing Arts) and an M.P.A. (Master of Performing Arts) in Indian Classical Vocal Music. With a career in education that began in 2007, Ravindra brings a strong foundation of experience along with a genuine love for teaching. He has participated in IB workshops, attended SAIBSA, and facilitated job-alike sessions at various schools, contributing actively to the wider educational community. Passionate about music both inside and outside the classroom, Ravindra finds joy in live performances, which allow him to share his artistry beyond the school environment. Apart from music, he has a keen interest in visual arts, particularly portrait drawing with pencil shading and intricate Mandala art. These creative pursuits not only highlight his artistic versatility but also provide him with a rejuvenating balance to his professional life.
